FAQ 10 - What project work do I need to upload for the Bronze awards?
For Bronze Awards, educators are only required to upload work for a sample of their students. This sample of work is for moderation purposes only and will enable us to improve our guidance and support.
When adding work to your project entry, you should only upload the project work of 10% of your students. E.g. if you have 10 students or less, upload 1 student's work. If you have 20 students, upload 2 students' work, etc. Completed CREST Discovery Passports, or Bronze workbooks are sufficient.
- If you want to add more than one file, please zip all the files into one package (the file or zip should not be bigger than 500MB).
- If your students completed their project on paper, you can scan their work and add it as a PDF.
- If you would like to take a picture of the final product that would be also acceptable as evidence
- If your students created videos as part of their project, we suggest you add links to the video rather than adding the video itself.
If you are ordering personalised certificates (with student names printed on) you can include multiple project titles in your student upload. If you are ordering blank (non-personalised) certificates, you will need to do a submission per project title. If you have lots of different project titles, and don’t want to do multiple submissions, you can choose a more general title and submit them all together instead. An example of this would be 'Year 7 Discovery Day' – not only does this mean you can do one upload for the entire year, but your students will also have certificates that show they all took part in one big event.
